They say our brain is long. It starts in the head and travels all the way to the anus. Yes, we have a second brain in our gut. The way to keep that gut health is to keep inflammation away.

I am not a health or nutrition expert by any means. I have, however, spent time and money learning about causes of, and ways of minimizing inflammation in the body.
The following is a list of hot beverage items I have, at one time or another and based on my taste in the moment, used in my own life to keep myself from feeling 'like I'm gonna pop'. Yep, that's the phrase I use when I can feel a lot of inflammation happening in my body. My assumption is there is always some form or another of inflammation going on. The mere fact that we are alive and breathing and living in the world as it is right now, means there are outside factors causing stress in our bodies which can then increase inflammation.
Go Ahead, dare me to type it one more time....👅
Inflammation.

The following list of just a few of the tasties I use or have used:
- non-dairy creamers to replace your sugar and/or dairy creamer or milk including one with turmeric, yummm
- replacements for coffee that I used to reduce my intake of caffeine
- tasty hot chocolate cuz ... yumm
- freaking delicious instant coffee with or without creamer
SO there's a starter list for ya.
I hope you are able to try one or all of them because they are yummy and healthier choices. They are a bit on the pricey side but, I found they are able to satiate me well which means I use less of them and they end up lasting longer.
